We are starting the search for holiday volunteers for our upcoming event, the Polar Express! At this event, children and their families are invited to join us for a live reading of the Polar Express book aboard a train car headed to the North Pole where you will be greeted by Santa Claus and holiday treats, including a wine and cheese tasting for adults.
This year's Polar Express will be held at the SLO Railroad Museum on Sunday, December 10th. Directions to the museum can be found here. There will be shows every hour, on the hour from 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Family Care Network is offering a variety of ways that you can get involved with this special event. We have volunteer opportunities for all to help create a memorable experience as well as to raise money for our clients this holiday season.
