Our first annual donor appreciation party is on Friday, November 14, 2025, and we need 3 volunteers to help with event prep and cleanup.

1:00pm - 7:00pm
Volunteers will:
(1) help with set-up - arranging food, setting up resource tables, arranging furniture
(2) check people in, stay at the check-in table
(3) serve food and drink
(4) help with cleanup
Attire: black pants, either white or black shirt (button ideally), comfortable shoes.
This event starts at 4pm and ends at 6pm, so any time within the 1-7pm timeframe is super helpful.
