Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, computer-savvy volunteer to help our nonprofit members identify potential funding opportunities. This role involves working closely with our members to understand their funding needs and using Foundation Directory Online (via our subscription) to research and compile relevant grant and funding prospects.
Key Responsibilities:

Connect with nonprofit members to understand their current funding priorities and goals.

Use Foundation Directory Online to research foundations, corporate giving programs, and other potential funding sources aligned with members’ needs.

Compile clear, organized reports or summaries of funding opportunities for member organizations.

Assist in maintaining accurate records of research and outreach efforts.
Qualifications:

Strong research and analytical skills.

Computer-savvy with proficiency in online tools and databases.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Experience using funder databases is preferred but not required.
