Spokes supports SLO County nonprofits with expert guidance, tools, and resources to help them thrive. As part of our mission and member benefits, we’re building a centralized, searchable library of nonprofit resources to better serve our local nonprofit community.
Summary:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented volunteer to help create and organize a master list of nonprofit resources. This is a virtual position, best suited for someone comfortable using computers and online tools. The role involves reviewing online documents and links, adding them to our digital library on Diigo, and tagging them appropriately to ensure the collection is easily searchable and accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Review provided online files, websites, and PDFs containing nonprofit resources
- Add each resource to Spokes' online library, including a brief annotation or summary
- Apply relevant tags to help users find resources by topic or type
- Identify and flag broken or outdated links
