Please join us for our in-person orientation and training to become a volunteer with Wilshire Community Services. Our agency helps seniors in our community by providing transportation to medical appointments, shopping and errands, or friendly visits to reduce loneliness. Attending this orientation will satisfy the training requirements and you will be able to fill out all forms so you can get started right away! We ask that volunteers give 1 hour a week of your time which will greatly improve the life of a senior.
High school volunteers may also attend but some paperwork does require a guardian signature. High school volunteers are not allowed to drive but can 
do tasks like taking trash cans to the curb, yardwork, or tech help.
