We are faced once again with an unusually dry winter and our recently planted pines are stressing out. We will lose all of our hard work to grow them up from seed and get them in the ground if we don't take action now. Please join our water brigade to give our young pines a new lease on life.
We'll form 2 teams. One will meet at the Huntington entrance to Fiscalini Ranch, just up the hill from Windsor Blvd. The other team will meet at the Tipton / Warren entrance. We'll join forces in the middle. (Note: If you are extremely allergic to poison oak, you should probably join the Huntington team.)
Bring the family or friends and 1-2 gallon jugs if you have them (i.e. 1 gallon water, juice, vinegar - even cat litter jugs work great) or borrow some of ours. If you get there late, follow the trail until you find us.
