Garden House, Morro Bay

Garden House is a boutique, 15-bed, 24-hr. care home for elderly people including those with Alzheimer’s or other dementia. It has been open in Morro Bay since August of 2000. We try to make our Residents' end of life home dignified, welcoming and comforting and to provide appropriate and rewarding activities of daily living. 

Garden House staff is specially trained for assistance with all activities of daily living including assistance with grooming, eating, bathing, oral hygiene, medication management and all aspects of elder/dementia care.  Our residents are pampered as much as they will allow and encouraged to maintain as much independence as they are able, for as long as they are able. Our residents are all over age 60 and most are in their 80s or 90s; sometimes they are over 100!
