Who We Are
Earth Day Alliance is a grassroots nonprofit organization. We have been producing an annual free Earth Day Fair since 1990. San Luis Obispo County's Earth Day takes place on or near the nationally recognized Earth Day which is April 22nd. In recognition of Easter weekend, the fair will take place on Saturday, April 27.
Our busiest times of year are January through May. We welcome volunteers to get involved in all aspects of this event.
What We Do
Earth Day connects the public with organizations, resources and businesses that educate, motivate and activate the public to care for and protect our natural resources, habitat and wildlife. It's an opportunity to bring the community together and share the resources we have available to create a healthy, fair and sustainable county.
