Pregnancy & Parenting Support formerly ALPHA, provides San Luis Obispo County families with emotional support, practical assistance and connections to community resources from pregnancy through a child’s second year.

Pregnancy & Parenting Support formerly ALPHA is a nonprofit pregnancy and parenting resource center serving Central Coast families for over 30 years. PPS provides an important safety net for local women, their infants and families. PPS free services include Car Seat education and installation classes and Mother's support groups. We provide necessary items for pregnancy and early child care. We are actively involved in community public health initiatives supporting education on healthy pregnancies. We are committed to strengthening families and providing a healthy and safe start to San Luis Obispo County's infants. By linking families to health, education, child care, and other resources, PPS helps brighten the futures of parents and their children in San Luis Obispo County.
