Boogie on the Bluff is an annual food and wine-tasting event that benefits United Way of San Luis Obispo County. Held at the SeaCrest OceanFront Hotel in Pismo Beach, the event features local restaurants and wineries which bring great food and drinks, wonderful music, and fundraising activities for United Way.
11AM - 1:30PM - SHIFT FULL
Before the event, volunteers will help unload supplies (such as from the food and wine vendors, or United Way supplies) and then assist in setting everything up to prepare for the event. They might also help check-in other volunteers.
1:30PM - 4:30PM - SHIFT FULL
During the event, volunteers will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as registration, helping vendors, becoming parking attendants, greeting event attendees, monitoring lines, helping with the silent auction and raffle, and more.
4:30 - 7:00 PM - SHIFT FULL
After the event, clean-up volunteers will assist with tasks including: helping vendors pack up their booths and load their supplies into vehicles, returning chairs to storage, and cleaning everything else still at the event to ensure we leave the venue in fantastic shape.
All volunteers receive a Boogie on the Bluff t-shirt to wear during the event and keep.
