Our 24-Hour Crisis & Information Line is staffed by volunteers after normal business hours, which are often critical hours for those in crisis.
Duties of this position include:
- Carrying a cell phone to respond to incoming crisis calls after normal business hours or on weekends and holidays
- Actively listening to women and men in crisis
- Answering questions regarding Stand Strong services
- Admitting clients to the Safe House when appropriate
