Atascadero Colony Days

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit since 1974 run by a volunteer group of local residents. We have an executive board with dozens of years of experience and four main committees that run the parade, led by directors — Parade, Festival, Marketing, and Volunteers.

Organize and produce a two-day celebration of the founding and history of Atascadero in October and the 4th of July Bluegrass Freedom Festival, celebrating national independence and the purchase of the land that is Atascadero.
