International Experience USA

Founded in 2002, iE-USA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational exchange organization devoted to the growth of friendship and understanding among the people of the world. We believe that learning about other cultures, languages, and customs is the best way to eliminate international fears and prejudices. iE-USA is responsible for the safety and welfare of the student throughout the program. iE-USA is fully listed with the Council on Standards for International Educational Travel (CSIET).

The iE-USA team benefits from years of experience working in international high school student exchange. Our focus has always been on supporting the individual: from helping a host family find a student who will be a perfect match for their lifestyle and special interests. Placements are for either one semester or the full school year. Our trained local coordinators and Regional Directors ensure that each host family and student enrolled in our program is well prepared for the exchange with the resources they need to get off to a great start. iE-USA staff also provides direct support throughout the duration of an exchange.
