Central Coast Hospice is affiliated with Central Coast Home Health, Inc., a locally owned and operated, Medicare certified agency which offers physician directed nursing and comprehensive rehabilitation at home. Our mission is to provide the highest quality medical, social, and spiritual care to those making their transition as well as to their family and friends. We provide these services while honoring each person’s quality of life, freedom and individuality.

Central Coast Hospice provides compassionate and quality end of life care. Hospice neither hastens or postpones death and Hospice services allow people to live as fully and comfortably as possible with dignity. Our program provides 24 hour/7 day-a-week services.
