We are a 501(c)3 organization formed for the benefit of others to provide the community education, support and resources on the value of healing through nutrition.
What We Do
A local nonprofit who services SLO county because “Together We Can Help Everyone!”
Our kitchen is able to assist those facing illness because of the help of volunteers. We have many opportunities and hours are flexible.
Volunteer support ranges from kitchen to admin assistance.
Our services are based on the philosophy of holistic health and therapeutic cooking. We believe food is nourishing and gives strength. We are a gluten free and dairy free kitchen. We strive to cook with the best ingredients.
If you would like to learn our style of cooking volunteering is a perfect opportunity.
Experience is not necessary as volunteers work with Lead Chef, Kitchen Manager or Program Coordinator.
Our services range from providing meals for clients in need to clients with a busy lifestyle. Meals are delivered to San Luis Obispo and Cambria at pickup locations. We provide cooking classes, education and community outreach. All services are available in Spanish.
