Central Coast Low Vision Council

Looking for volunteers to provide assistance to those with low vision.

Volunteers will assist a visually impaired resident of San Luis Obispo by reading various documents out loud to him. Reading materials could include bills, mailings, and various other documents. This important task enables low vision clients to get important information that they may not otherwise be able to obtain on their own. Volunteering will take place in the home of the client and can accommodate a variety of schedules.
