Laundry Love is a nation-wide organization (see their website) with 310+ programs. The Los Osos chapter is an outreach of St. Benedict's Episcopal Church. It is funded by grants and private donations. The national organization provides detergent sheets so that plastic bottles are eliminated.
Volunteers always work with experienced others. They sign people in, help people put quarters in the machines, and keep track of how many washer and dryer loads are completed. At the 4 - 6 shift there is pizza for guests and volunteers alike.

What We Do
"Laundry Love of Los Osos" welcomes volunteers to join us for two hours once a month. On the last Wednesday of every month we help low and no income people wash and dry their laundry at Osos Clean Laundry. There are two shifts, from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
