Who We Are
El Camino Homeless Organization (ECHO) operates the ECHO shelter in Paso Robles, CA. This center opened in December 2020 and provides overnight shelter and case management to assist those in need to take the first steps out of homelessness. In addition, a nightly dinner program will continue at the corner of 24th Street and Riverside Ave.
